Ingredients
Makes 4 baguettes
900g strong white bread flour
580ml water
3 tsp crushed Maldon sea salt
1/2 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
50ml milk
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

2. Cover and leave to rise for 8 to 10 hours, or overnight.

3. Preheat the oven to 230°C and line rack with baking paper.
4. Dust flour over the worktop and carefully turn the dough out onto it.

5. Dust more flour over the top of the dough.

6. Divide into 4 equal pieces. Gently shape each piece into a baguette. Avoid pressing out the air.

7. Flip and stretch out as long as the rack.

8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
